This duffle is sold as large and is meant to take a full set with its accessories, but no interior measurement is published, so measure your case at its longest and thickest point and compare before ordering. Depth is the figure that catches people out, since a boxed set is a solid block rather than a flat one.
The tile count does it. A full set runs to 144 tiles plus flowers, jokers and blanks, all engraved and colour filled, and three to five kilos is normal once everything is boxed. That weight prices the case and the shipping as well. It also explains the shape of this bag: a duffle spreads three to five kilos across the body, where a tote concentrates the same load on one strip of shoulder.
If they host, they already have equipment; what they usually lack is one way to move all of it.
