A geometric treatment works differently. The mahjong reference is in the construction rather than printed on it, so the bag reads as a bag first. People who play recognise it; people who do not simply see geometry.
At 23 x 6.5 x 15.5 cm this is a small bag. A phone, a card holder, keys and a lipstick. It does not carry a mahjong set, and it is not trying to.
That distinction matters because mahjong bags are sold in two quite different categories, and buyers regularly order one expecting the other.
The folded panels give the bag its shape without an internal frame, which is why it stays flat when empty rather than gaping. Leather holds a fold; coated fabric creases instead.
White is the one that photographs best and asks the most: it marks against denim and needs cleaning on a schedule. Black disappears into everything, which is either the point or the problem. Green is the interesting middle, distinctive enough to be noticed and dark enough to forgive a day out.
